So cute! There were a few times while working on him where I was worried about how it was going to turn out, but I trusted the pattern and he turned out super cute! My only note is that I put the eyes a row higher than the pattern said

I made this guy with some red heart super saver- country blue, it's mostly what I had on hand and he was so easy and cute to make the sewing on the head was a bit different but I managed

This pattern is so cute
I did it with DMC happy chenille, I think it's to small and all the proportions are off. I won't sew it like that, I'll redo the head and body first.

Very fun pattern and mostly easy to follow! All the parts worked up quickly. I didn't make it with blanket yarn so it came out a little smaller, but I plan to make it again with chunkier yarn!

Sewing him together now. He looks like he's a little person, but I hope he'll look more like an elephant when I attach his trunk and ears. hoping it will look normal cuz i spent SO much time on this!!

Absolutely LOVE. So easy, so cute, and so quick! This only took about an hour or so, start to finish. It does include some sewing, but still beginner friendly. I used bernat baby velvet and 2.25mm hook

For my first time making a pattern without a video guide, I'm happy to say he at least came out looking somewhat like an elephant! It's almost kind of charming how slightly uneven he is. He'll be a Christmas present for my Grandmother who loves elephants. Thank you for the free pattern!
It felt a little tedious, but I love the end result. Thank you so much!
